This theme has been a disaster with plugins everything messes up the design. Can you please send information on compatibility with all plugins? Got everything fixed and did one thing in Yoast and it ruined my site again. Literally any slight thing involving plugins and the design is ruined and things lost. You should be updating people on plugin compaitbnilty and any bugs related to updates.

I’ve been having a lot of hassle importing the demo content and I have a tight deadline. Support takes hours to reply really a terrible experience.
It keeps saying failed to import content and on inspecting the admin-ajax.php file keeps throwing a 500.
I’ve upgraded my PHP version and nysql as suggested and everyother thing works except from importing the demo content.
Regretting I choose this theme at this point.

Hello you guys have not responded to me for days now.. already past my deadline because of this issue and you expect me to share my credentials before an issue is solved ? I can’t keep coming to you guys and I can’t share my clients information as well. please you need to do the needful as I recommended, else I’ll have to get a refund because I’ll not be proceeding with your theme anylonger.

Your issue is about internal 500 server error which is not theme related issue but your server issue. Also it’s very hard to fix the issue which is server related, especially you didn’t provide any cooperation like user account. This is not theme related issue.
How come I’m able to install other theme and not your theme ? I can’t share the information because it is a client information and it’s not mean’t for third party. the last time I shared it, I got hacked and told you about it but you didn’t say anything and you expect me to share it again ?

The performance (load time) of this theme has dramatically slowed in the last year. I’ve been using the theme for over four years and I have not made any major changes so whatever updates the developers have made must have caused this. I have two licenses for two separate websites. I’m going to look for a new theme if it doesn’t improve.

There are so many reasons to slow your website down including your server speed, images file size without optimisation and many more. As you can see on our demo websites. They are pretty fast so I don’t our theme is the main reason for the slow down.

1. As your session description are large, we’d prefer to open the full session’s content into a poppin window like on this website https://www.workhumanlive.com/americas/agenda/#day_4 (look at the Game-changing content content) , by clicking on a button “Learn more”. Is it feasable?
2. Also for some sessions we have 2or 3 different speakers, and we’d like to show all their pictures into the session tab. Can this be done?

Technically importing demo contents are multiple processes which download media files from demo server to your server.
So we are using the most completed importer script available in the market. However if there is some limited setting on your server which kill importing processes when it reaches certain level of server resources usage. It’s related to your server limitation.
Normally we can try to find other workaround for you to see if it works by using other plugin to manually import content first then try to import all media files later. To see if it’s working.
But these workaround required your WordPress login information so please submit your question on https://themegoods.ticksy.com/ Please also add a link to your site as well as the login credentials when opening the ticket, so we can take a look at your site.
