I’ve posted tickets multiple weeks old without even a reply saying they’ve received the ticket. The current issue, if anybody has the same issue, is that the dev wrote a call to a function before checking the validity of the function in widgets.lib.php! This is sloppy editing and lack of review. I hope this isn’t a security issue as it does break the site if not addressed manually. I’ve not received any response on correcting the issue in the public release… or at all for that matter. Regretting spending a renewal on support… since I have to support the theme myself!

We have install Grand Magazine | Blog WordPress theme and it’s plugins as per your documentation and followed steps to import demo(demo import done successfully). After importing there was no hompage or any other page we can access to change hompage layout. We also checked theme settings and widget section to change layout. Also this theme doesn’t have elementor or any other plugin to create homepage.

Can you please help us with this issue.

We’re using this theme for a scifi magazine since many years ago, but now we have a problem with the postlink of featured big post in homepage: the link don’t works (only in video mode).

All cache plugins (autoptimize, cache enabler, async javascript) are deactivated and deleted. Do you know how can we solve this problem?
