Hello. I have a recurring problem. The purchase code on the website, once in a while, is lost and I have to manually insert it again in the theme settings page. That is annoying because the user interface of the website is disrupted until I perform that operation. Is there a workaround for that ? Thank you.

We cannot update our page builder pages – it removes all the settings in the various fields and throws back to default, with optional lines (like added inline CSS and title) to “undefined”. Please help as this has broken entire pages we’ve been trying to update. Happens on any page with the page builder built-in feature.

Hello, when entering the articles of our website with your template we get this error, also it does not allow us to publish new entries. “Please register your purchase in Theme Setting > Registration”

I have just found a Bug with WPML, Cannot delete String Translations when this theme is enabled. The String translations also do not load when using this theme, As soon as I switch to default theme the WPML string translation can be deleted and They work.

They said that the this theme isn’t on the compatibility list, and since the bug is only recreated when this theme is active then this theme has the bug not WPML.
I must add – This is only a recent development, I have been using your theme and WPML together for three years and this has just started to happen.

Is Grand News compatible with WPBakery page builder?

We wouldn’t recommend using WPBakery page builder but using theme built in content builder instead so you can create pages which have the same layouts you saw on our demo site.

Version 3.4 does not fix the issue with Wordpress 5.6. jQuery.fn.load() is deprecated and jQuery.attrFn is deprecated
