Hello,

if I have submenues I can`t click on the main menu page on the responsive version. How can i change, that it`s possible to get to the main page, even on the phone!?

Are you able to sort the blog posts via category? For instance, i would like to have one page display ‘blogs’ and one display ‘news’ but it seems like the theme has no way of accepting a category?

I’ve purchased the theme. Great theme, though I’m still trying to figure out a few things which I haven’t found in the documentation.

My requirement: I want to create a page based on ‘Blog Grid + Right Sidebar’ theme but I want this page to filter based on blog category. I then want to add a sub menu under Blog in the Primary Menu that points to this page. Eg: a blog filter for all Travel blogs and a sub menu under Blog called ‘Travel’

Now I know you can create a menu out of category directly, but somehow I dont like that page layout and I haven’t found a way to customise it. (I think its a default WP format)

I can select the required template from Classic Editor but I cannot add a blog filter. If I go to Content Builder, I can add a blog grid + filter which is what I want, but the formatting is disturbed. I get no sidebar. In Content Builder list of templates, I also do not see all the templates that I see under Classic Editor. What am I missing?

Oh, and I would really like to see that ‘Like’ feature added to the pages/galleries/posts along with the views that we have now.

Hi, do I need to have a valid support license to have The OAuth Personal Token working? I thought that like with other themes I get updates automatically, but I get now all the time error in my control panel – “The OAuth Personal Token could not be verified. Please check that the Token has been entered correctly and has the minimum required permissions.” I tried setting up a new token, an extended set of permissions, still, nothing works. Can you please explain how this works with Grand Photography. Thank you, Roland

Hello, good, I had never used the Page Builder. Now when I am going to add some element or import a template, it returns the error: Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in ….........../modules/content_builder.php on line 168

​When I update the page, the changes are not saved and the content that I have added disappears.​ I bought the item and this option had not been used until now, can you help me with any solution?

I checked your account and it’s still active there. Could you please make sure you login to correct account.

I am logged on to the correct account and can see my username at the top right of the screen. When I view an open ticket and click on the reply button it’s like it is blocked, there is no response. I can’t create a new ticket either. I can’t use the search function either. I have used them all successfully before. Why can’t I reply to my open tickets?

Could you please try to disable all browser plugin to see if it fixes the issue. Other customers replied and used our support site regularly and normally so I think the site seems to be working fine.

Hi,

I’m having some problems with your theme. Now i can’t display photos and images in a light box unless the i enable the comments on my portfolio or my gallery but i don’t want to enable the comments. I hadn’t​ this problem before, my clients have reported me this problem. Also when i have ​a horizontal gallery it doesn’t display on the page or portfolio. I don’t understand i hadn’t these problem before. Could please help me with this ?
