When will the theme and WPBakery Page Builder support WordPress 6.4 “Shirley” ?

Really sorry, our theme is not testing and using WPBakery Page Builder. We will recommend using the built-in theme content builder or Elementor.

I updated the theme and re-entered my purchase code, but wordpress is saying the purchase code is invalid. I have tried copying and pasting it from the license file I downloaded, but it keep coming back as invalid. Do you know why this is happening and how to fix it?

Hello – I’ve logged in to update my site and it appears the Content Builder has disappeared. I’ve updated my WordPress and Theme and it still hasn’t returned. Any Portfolios I’ve opened are now incorrectly formatted because the builder has been removed. I’ve looked for documentation to see if the feature has been removed and can’t find anything. What am I missing?

Hi, I created a gallery with 127 images. Then I created a portfolio that contains that gallery. I set Infinite Scroll Initial Items to 50. But the load more button does not appear on the page, to load the other images. How can I do?

Hi. I purchased your items some years ago. I installed again and try to use it. But I don’t know why. When I put API token on the them setting page, and they shows like “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” I already checked all the lists when I get the API. Please help me. Thanks!

Once per week my Portfolio page goes completely blank. It just shows header and footer. I have to manually add the Portfolio module via the content builder everytime to get it working again. And the Content Builder just dissapears at random and the ONLY way to get it working again is to create a new admin user… There has been so many weird issues with this theme… What is up guys?

After updating to wordpress 5.6 there are some problems with the theme.

For example, I get a blank page on a page where a Slider Revolution was embedded. In the backend the content builder has disappeared. After adjusting the view several times it is visible again, but the content on the page is still gone. I had to re-embed the Revolution Slider. I have the same behavior on a portfolio page. Some items of the content builder do not work or do not work reliably. Parallax images are sometimes displayed or not. If I open the page in the backend, all Content Builder entries are gone. I have already deleted the browsing history several times, but without success. All plugins deactivated also brought no success PHP version is 7.4 Before the update to Wordpress 5.6 everything worked fine, so I think the theme or the content builder has a problem with Woedpress 5.6.

Hi, since I updated to Wp 5.6 I can no longer edit the page. Ie the page builder no longer works ( the individual content elements either no longer show – do not open in a light box but rather on a separate page). Please advise!

I’m having a strange issue happening with my galleries. On my web site, the pictures are not displayed in the order i’ve previously saved in the gallery editor. And now even when i try to save any other changes to it, nothing happens…I did nothing wrong, this just happened all the sudden. It looks like some sort of malfunction…

Seconday, when I try to upload images into a gallery, how do I format all the image thumbnails in the gallery so that they all have the same size and width (square), similar to that in the demo architecture page? When I upload images, it seems that my image aspect ratio is shown as it is in the gallery.

Please kindly advise, thank you so much for your help.

I think I can answer my own question: need to install the plugin EWWW Image Optimizer before I upload any image and the image thumbnails will be automatically resized!

Perhaps this should be added more clearly to the documentation!

Actually that’s not necessary. Theme will automatically created image size for new uploaded images. However in order to make old uploaded images generate the same image size. You have to install and run this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
