Initially ignored by the customer support, eventually received assistance in response to the previous review. Nothing to object once being taken care of, but please don't ignore tickets for any reason: ask for further details when needed, instead.

I'm not sure how this template has so many purchases & good reviews...
I've encountered nothing but issues and the customer support is terrible. It's been a month since my purchase & still can't get any real assistance.
Issues:
-Content Builder is horrible, sometimes it works but other times it doesn't.
-Sometimes you'll work on a page and it all looks good, then suddenly everything disappears and got to start over.
-The functions within each module of the Content Builder are inconsistent. Sometimes it offers you what it says (for ex. header with content) and the content field is not there.
-Sometimes it duplicates your modules & there's no way to fix it.
-If you bypass the content builder and use the standard editor, not all the features are available. For ex. parallax images, fullscreen images with content etc.
Meaning, what you see in their template preview is not what you get.
For reference, I have intermediate experience (I've built over 20 websites using various templates) and none have given me this many problems.
But most importantly, the "support" is a waste of time and makes the experience more frustrating. I tried given them a chance to help before posting this review but it's been over a month and my site is still "Under Maintenance".

However your server response is quite slow and it's related to your web server resource available especially if you are using low quality web hosting provider. The webhosting provider which recommend by Envato here https://themeforest.net/wordpress-hosting should be working perfectly.

A: That's normal because the default WordPress editor is its classic editor which is created for blog post content editing, it doesn't have all flexibility and that's why we have to create our own content builder option.
This is normal and industry standard for every WordPress themes within all marketplace.

It is a very nice theme, but there are quite a few things that do not work properly, especially the content builder, but also other things like, e.g., portfolio order, category sorting only works with shortcode, but not with content builder.

I am more than happy with this theme. I wanted to create a simple, neat and plain blog and this theme made it really easy for me to achieve this in a few days.
The support was great: quick and friendly replies helped me with the fine tuning and now I am am just a happy little poppet with my blog and can focus on filling it with content.
It is of course important, I think, to have some basic understanding of wordpress and homepage creation, in order to formulate as precisely as possible what you need from the support. If you really start from zero with everything better first get familiar with wordpress itself and inhale some html and css basics through available tutorials on YT, just saying. ;)
Once this is done, this theme surely won't disappoint you.

I really like the theme. But there is a problem with the responsive behavior of the blog items on the homepage. When changing from 2 to one columns, this one is justified left, while it should fill the whole width.
