hi I bough this theme for a client a few month ago but until today i got to the point there i have to set up the burger maker option, i need to change some items to fit my clients need for example i need to set 7 different meat options, 5 bread options, 9 sides options and 4 salsas when i hit edit the product i dont see where to edit add items there, can you help me showing where should i edit / add those items i need https://ibb.co/h9vY4MT thank you!

It looks like your server couldn’t find our demo server https://assets.themegoods.com/
It’s related to server DNS setting. Could you please contact your webhosting provider to check server DNS setting and make sure it can connect to https://assets.themegoods.com/
Also please ask them to enable fopen and cURL on the server.
Then try to import demo again to see if it fixes the issue. Thank you.

what’s the general time frame to reply your customer’s ticket? and your ticket sys doesn’t work as well, I can only login my account from the same laptop, and other devices cannot login my account and tell me your sys doesn’t have my profile.

Good afternoon. We bought a theme from you, but the import of demo content does not work correctly. We wrote to the support team many times asking them to fix the problem, but nothing was done. Please fix the problem and refund the money.
When I tried to import demo. It has 503 Service Unavailable error which is server related error.
When a site shows the HTTP error 503, it means that the server is temporarily unavailable to handle a request. There could be a number of reasons why this error shows up but the most common are that a server is undergoing maintenance or there is a surge of requests for that site. In both of these cases, it’s possible that the error will resolve itself in a short period of time. This error does not mean that there is something permanently wrong with the server, it’s only temporary. If in fact, the site is receiving more visits than its allotted bandwidth can handle, an increase in bandwidth will solve the problem.
Troubleshooting For An HTTP Error 503
As we mentioned above, the HTTP error 503 is a temporary server-side error. Meaning that the problem is coming from the server – or servers – the site is running on. This error specifies that the server is ok but that it temporarily cannot process a request.

No website visitors that have an email of one of those mentioned domains can send through this themes contact form an email. Which is a problem that really needs fixing.
I can turn off email validation for you if you like that. Please confirm. Or you can also use the Contact Form 7 plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/ instead to create a contact form.
