I really like your email template, however I’ve tried numerous times through your demo to upload my own images from cloud sites like Dropbox and Google Drive and the images never seem to get uploaded. Anything else I can try before I buy the theme? Thanks!
Hi. Thank you. You can use any online image hosting that provides direct links to images, for example – https://postimages.org/ If you use Mailchimp, you can store them in Mailchimp content manager – https://prnt.sc/j5i5gl and use URLs to them in our builder.

I just bought the mailchimp newsletter grandpack template and downloaded to mailchimp but didnt upload any pics but just 4 pages of text. I need it to have pictures so i can just replace and change text as i go, if this is not possible then I want a refund please, as what I bought had pictures in it before i decided to buy. thanks
Hi, did you upload just html file into Mailchimp or zip with html file and images folder? If you use templates from the downloaded zip, not from our builder, you should create a zip http://prntscr.com/js366x with html and images – http://prntscr.com/js378p and upload into Mailchimp. If you have any problems, please contact us by email designer@corp.web4pro.com.ua and send screenshot with your problem.
Are you can add more notification template or blocks? I need it for Stats.

Hi, I have question: Configure Timer… other languages possible to rewrite the “day” “hours” “minutes” etc words? ... For example rewrite for hungarian “nap” “óra” etc…. After dowload? Or this isn’t possible.
Hi, You cannot change the language via the builder. But we can create a separate countdown timer in your language and give you a link to it. Then, after exporting the template, you will need to replace URL of the timer directly in the html code. If it suits you and you decide to buy our template please send us the words that you need by email. Regards, WEB4PRO
