I bought this theme less than a week ago and it doesn’t work with the latest WP. You need to install a JQuery helper plugin to stop 2 theme errors and to allow the bundled version of Ess. Grid to work on the backend.
I’m not impressed having bought this theme for a project on a short time frame, Themes that don’t work with the most current version of WP should not be for sale on this platform. Can the theme creators reach out to me with an upgrade of Ess. Grid to 3.0 and an update to the theme to work with the latest WP version that has dropped old JQuery calls that are still being used in this theme.
Oh and if you’re wondering why I’m posting here it’s because the app you use to do your customer service doesn’t work. I can’t login because I can’t register because the site says my code is invalid which it’s clearly not.

The error means that the import is blocked on the server. Please download demo.zip, unzip it and upload the extracted /demo folder into /wp-content/themes/theme_name folder. Then go to Appearance -> Install Demo Data and repeat the procedure.

Hi, in the customizer there is a function Hover – button. But these buttons only add the product to the cart, but do not open the cart directly afterwards. Where do we change settings for that to happen?

You can enable/disable AJAX add to cart buttons under WooCommerce > Settings.
If the product is variable, it can’t be added to the cart directly without selecting options.

The problem is: ajax has been on form day one and it still does not work. And we wil not renew now. Everyone wants to siphon off money for some small answer.

By default, both hover icons are linked to the product page, you can check it at http://gravity.axiomthemes.com/shop/ Both icons do not have an option to open the cart page directly afterwards.
You can enable AJAX add to cart buttons option if you want Cart icon to add product to the cart without opening the product page, but this option won’t redirect to the cart page.

Hi, For a new website we are again using this theme, but Where can we find an overview of the services icons? The descriptions are useless without a visual clue and we are missing some items (like kitchen) so we would like to add some items as well. HOw do we get this comfortably visual?
