Hello there hope you’re having a good day!! I hope you can help. I purchased your theme on behalf of a client and it now graces their website they are SO happy with it. It’s been a year since I built it – and even though I told them they need to go in periodically and update, etc. – they didn’t do that so they came to me to make an update and everything was a hot mess! I’ve cleaned it up to the best of my ability – updated all the plugins, purchased a plugin that needed renewing, etc. – but for some reason when I try to edit the site through managed Wordpress, it gives me the error message -
There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.
I’ve been told this is an issue with the theme but I’m not sure. Is there anyway you could take a quick look and see if I’m missing something? I am happy to provide login information if I can do it privately let me know…

Thank you so much and I did that but it’s still not working. The WPBakery Plugin will not update even though we purchased a new license for it. Because the plugin won’t update, I’m locked out of Managed WordPress so it s big loop.

I have install and activate the plugins. But when I import the demo data, it shows:

Hello, i just have purchased this “wonderful” theme. But i can’t import demo data, because when i hit import demo data buttom, it stucks on “Importing, please wait!” then, i do it mannualy and i got this error too..
I’m really unhappy with this theme, and i want a refound, i need my money back ASAP.

Hello, I tried to import demo data. As a result, I saw the message “Error: Internal Server Error (500)”. Hike your site crazycafe.net/ is no longer active, and because of this, data import does not work. I tried to manually install from the folder, but did not. How can I import demo data?

I have been working with wordpress themes for a fair amount of time and never encounter problems like i had with this theme. There were no demo content after i setup everything and when i tried to download them i get an error. When i contacted the devs ‘Crazycafe’ they set the demo content but it was not the same content of preview. When wanted to fix theme it gives me tecnical errors everytime. After that i contacted the devs ‘Crazycafe’ for help multiple times. But they didnt even response my emails. I want to get refund. Their support is weak and im very unhappy. I really hope that everyone who consider buying this theme reads this and wont buy it.

Demo is installed but header menu is not as menu. Please fix.
Please select your menu as primary menu from Appearance -> menu and you can change your menu style from theme option. click on theme option and you will see menu tab. From there you can select your menu style.

The header is fixed but the footer is missing – https://i.imgur.com/9f6j0pc.png and there are wordpress and theme credits. How to remove it?

You can add footer widgets from Apperance > Widgets.
You can change credits & footer text from theme options.
I’m a little bummed. I just installed this theme, and have been doing everything I can to get the homepage to look like your demo version. With a full length picture top to bottom, being edittable, and so forth. Is there any tutorial information on how to build with this theme? If not, I’d like to return the theme
