So, I was interested in your theme, but when i see a bunch of comments such as unresponsive, uncustomizable, etc yet no indication of support or if the issue has been addressed, I will look elsewhere. I dont want to spend money on a theme then find out I can’t make it fit my needs. You should probably consider providing some public support so that people trust your company. At this time, I dont
Just answer this, how customizable is the theme? If i want to change theme colors, can I do so? Can I add or remove sections? If I try the theme, and decide it isnt going to meet my needs what remedies do i have. You dont have a backend demo. So i have no way of knowing if your theme is going to be easy to manage or a giant pain in the butt. I’m still leaning toward this one but I really would like to demo the backend first.
Also, are services, and other items custom post types with custom fields or do i need to recreate the template layout manually for each item?

We getting more customer support, so we cannot give envato login details for our each support person. So, its better to maintain all support in our forum. Also we giving pre sales reply in comments.

Dear,
The template has a bug. The revolution slide has a bug with centering. When you decrease the browser it is fixed, but it dont auto fix the centring of the slider, so there occure a weird alignment of the slider.
