The error you got means that max_upload_filesize on your server is lower than required. Please increase it to at least 32M.
Alternatively, you may upload the extracted theme folder to wp-content/themes directory via FTP and then activate the theme in admin -> Appearance -> Themes.

Hi! I’ve been very happy with the theme so far. My support has ended now, and I find myself with what I hope to be a simple question. I’ve added a POST GRID on our home page (https://gec.eco) and no inner margins are appearing in the text box – thus the blog excerpt title and text are getting cut off. Is there troubleshooting doc I can get a link to to figure out why this is happening? Also, would love to know where I can set a new color for the “read more” button (can’t locate it in the customizer) and if there is an option to have the post date appear (I don’t think there is.) If I must renew support, I will – but perhaps this is a simple enough question for this area. Thank you!

replace #fff with needed color for button text and #f4524d with color code for button background
Unfortunately there is no post date in this post grid style. Try using Blogger shortcode if its style fits you.

1) There may be issue with permissions on your server. Try to delete /js_composer/ folder in /home/prpr3890/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ directory on your server via ftp-manager (or Cpanel file manager) and after that re-install plugin in Appearance> Install plugins tab

2) The thing is that all clipart images included in this theme are the copyrighted to their respective owners and are not available for download with this theme.
Clipart images can not be used without express permission from the owner and/or need to be purchased separately (this information is also specified in theme description and documentation).
If there is a need we can provide you with ID’s for images taken from Depositphotos. Just submit your request in support ticket.

Theme uses your administrative email for default form. It can be changed in Settings> General
If you need different emails for contact form and admin purposes, try using Contact form 7 plugin instead of theme’s default. It is free, compatible with theme and allows specifying “Email to” address.
