As for the fonts, the main font used on the site Open Sans supports Cyrillic by default. The font used for titles (Shabrina) does not support Cyrillics so you may replace it with any other Google or custom font which supports the characters you need. – https://themerex.net/wp/add-new-font-to-wordpress/

Your “included” detail suggests “all demo data”. I think that’s more than a little misleading and the reason you’re getting questions re clipart. If you don’t feel like licensing the images then please remove the “all demo data” claim – a few hollow page layouts are not the same thing.

Clipart images can not be used without express permission from the owner and/or need to be purchased separately. Nevertheless, you can request the image IDs/references by contacting our support department.
2. It is possible to achieve by means of some extra plugins https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/best-wordpress-login-page-plugins/. You may try using one of the plugins with the theme. When I edit a page it doesn’t edit with visual composer, it shows classic mode and below that it then ask me if i want to add new stuff using visual composer but it won’t let me edit the classic code above that area. I did a fresh install of wordpress with the latest theme version and input demo content

However, in this case you will be able to use only the default theme header and footer (without ability to use Layouts builder allowing to manage the content of custom headers/footers you see on the demo preview). Besides, the demo content is built using WPBaklery Visual Composer so if you choose to use another Page Builder, demo shortcodes cannot be used.
