Purchase code is NOT working. I have tried many times both pasting and copying it. I always get this message : Theme is not activated! Reason: Invalid purchase key. I have to deliver the site tomorrow, already created support ticket, please treat it as URGENT. My titcket number is 87796

The number of theme activations (with purchase code) is LIMITED! Anyway, you are allowed to activate your theme locally or on the dev server and then move the theme to the main domain.
The theme license allows you to install the theme on ONE domain only! In order to connect the license to a different domain, first click “Disconnect domain” (Theme Panel > Theme Dashboard > General) and then re-enter the purchase key on a different WordPress installation.
The key is deactivated and you can try again.

I am writing to inform you that I have encountered a problem with the purchase code I received to activate my theme. I have tried several times it does not activate, I have copied and pasted, but I always get the following message: “The theme is not activated! Reason: Invalid purchase key”.

I have even double check with my hosting provider, and from the hosting side there is nothing going wrong.
Can you please check you API and also gimme an alternative way to carry it out? I need to activate it urgently for the client presentation, this monday.
