I’ve been working on this theme with a blank homepage on my edit screen for 2 days, submitted my support ticket from the first hour of my purchase. been requesting for assistance yet the representative kept asking me for item purchase code (2 times), Shopify login and url passcode. Requesting for immediate assistance before I spend too much time on this theme and yet to be resolve.

When I tried importing the downloaded theme, GroceryKart into my Shopify store, it shows zip does not contain a valid theme: missing template “layout/theme.liquid”. Kindly advise on how to proceed.
please extract downloaded zip file as it contains documentation , theme and other files so upload only theme zip file
There are 3 versions in the zip file, theme_export_ps-grocerykar-myshopify-com-grocerykart_13AUG2020-0815am ;theme_export_ps-grocerykar-myshopify-com-grocerykart2_13AUG2020-0904am ; theme_export_ps-grocerykar-myshopify-com-grocerykart3_13AUG2020-0903am. Which do I use?

Theme looks wonderful (one of the best for Shopify on theme forest)
But
comment here shows the support to be really great but our experience with support was bad really bad
we don’t have answer to our queries yet !
the support people kept sending same text reply they memorized even after sharing the link and screenshots the support guys still asking for screenshots and not able to support nor to have a zoom call so explain them if they have issue understanding written English
we need help enabling add to card and quantity selector box on items in the grid (which appear to be basic functionality in the theme) but not working with us and support not helping us

sorry if you felt that support issue but we do not have zoom support based on your screenshot you provided in ticket it shows you have used different section so you getting issue , so we will send you video in ticket that will help you to guide correct section and solution

I downloaded the theme but it has a size of 60mb my shopify account allows me to upload till 50mb. What can I do?
I have figured out I need to install the zip file install me inside the zip

any possibility to show the default variant instead of “Please select” message in the dropbox menu? So when the customer is selecting the quantity he will know what is he selecting it for? like x pieces of which variant? we are narinport.com and looking for quantity selector option at the collections and home page
yes you can customize as per your need and for collections or home page options you can keep anywhere you need
