The moment I bought the team, unfortunately I had a problem right away with the wizard which didn’t respond. The customer support didn’t work properly because the mailservice was down. Nevertheless, the team responded anyway and very prompt.

They found a solution within a couple of hours and besides that they were very responsive to all the tickets I created.

This is a fantastic theme for golf courses and country clubs! It's a beautiful theme with tons of options, and I can't say enough about the amazing customer support and help I received with small tweaks and customizations. My questions were always answered within a day. I will definitely use this theme again!

This is a great, very flexible theme, but the support from the developer, Kevin, has been amazing! I'm pretty thick when it comes to web stuff and need a lot of hand-holding and Kevin has been so patient and responsive to my plea for help. I will certainly look to Themesion for future themes etc!

Recently bough the theme, and I am happy with the purchase. The installation is straight forward and clear. It also comes with sample images, meaning that you already have placeholders so its easier to replace images. The support is great, they get back to you within minutes. I would highly recommend this theme along with the developers :)

The team of Grulf has created an awesome theme but they don't stop there! They have excellent support too; they solve the problem and they solve it fast!! Totally recommend it
