Sir, I am very sorry to say that i didn't mentioned in anywhere in my template description that it's a WordPress theme. I have clearly state that it's a html template not WordPress theme. so, i am not able to refund you. because, your refund reason is not perfect to give you refund. it's a digital product. why you didn't read carefully the description? It was clearly mentioned there. you did wrong so why i will be the guilty? But, I don't think that our 11 years experienced customer support team can expect your 1 star rating. I am welcoming your rating and you should better to consider it also. thanks. wish you good luck. :)
