Hi Pirenko,

I just downloaded the latest version of the theme and I got these errors in woocommerce. Did I update something incorrectly?

Overrides: Your theme has a woocommerce.php file you will not be able to override the woocommerce/archive-product.php custom template since woocommerce.php has priority over archive-product.php. This is intended to prevent display issues.

One problem: The revslider doesn’t show on mobile devices. - Mobile visibility is enabled in the Revslider settings. - Hide under Width is set to 0.

Please go to Gusto Options>General tab> “Hide Slider Revolution on smaller screens” and change the option (this option is located on the lower part of this options tab).

Hi Pirenko

I have recently updated wordpress core on a site where I have been using v1.9 of Gusto. Since then, visual composer has stopped working. I have tried changing to the latest version of the theme, but the site doesnt load any more so I have had to switch back to 1.9. Is there any way of updating the version of Visual Composer without changing from v1.9?

That is a bit weird, but it can be related with a really old version of the theme or plugins (so you can try shutting them down before the update).

ah yes! Once I’d uninstalled all the external plugins then installed the newer ones the theme started working perfectly.

Hi Pirenko, we have a problem with “Gusto: Recent Portfolio” lightbox in Footer Sidebar section. The site url is stylcasaforli.it. Lightbox works correctly only on Firefox, it does not work correctly on IE or Chrome. Any suggestions?

Please confirm that you your permalink structure is correct. Also try changing the permalink system (Settings>Permalinks) for a moment and revert it back.

Client has been reporting a scrolling issue on their site where different clients are complaining about awkward scrolling on the site. Client is concerned about her conversion and bounce rate and eliminating any possible frustration when scrolling on the site. Not able to import Demo Content. stop in 90%. Please advise

Our theme does not even have any progress bar so it is impossible for it to stop at 90%! Also, if you had purchased this theme we will see a purchaser badge and it is not showing.
It seems that you bought another theme and that you are asking for support on the wrong place. Stop losing time and make sure that you are on the right place :)

This is the second time that I have created a new team member and ended up with this. I am using latest version of WP and the theme (I just downloaded and updated). Last time I eventually corrected it by copying one of the other team member profiles, but it took a lot of fiddling. Any suggestions to fix this?

I just downloaded and installed the latest version of the theme, but when I use “one click install demo content” nothing happen on the home page. ( I still have classic blog home). Theme creates pages and portfolio items correctly, but not menu, homepage and images. Can u help me? Tks

Do yo have a recommended form for Gusto theme? I didn’t see one on Gusto settings or Visual Composer. Contact Form 7 doesn’t work on mobile – it will not let user click the fields to type on mobile device.
