I’m really having problems with my installation when I’m trying to use the Theme setting. Help me no please.

Hi. I have a presales question. I like what I see and I am thinking of purchasing, but in my case, I need two types of members who will have two different experiences:
Member Type 1) These types of members can be called (operators). Operators register for free and then use a dashboard to create a listing for their experience (think about it as them creating a listing on Airbnb or Viator). When these operators log in their dashboard shows them what tourists apply to join their listing, and they can approve or deny the approval, or contact the tourist for more info.
Member Type 2) Let us call these members (tourists). They will pay for a membership, get to connect with other members and look at the listings created by operators. They can filter by country, category, tags, etc. When these tourists log into their account their dashboard should show other tourists that they can ‘friend’, they can follow or apply to listings by operators and see when they post in a feed (kinda like Facebook), and see messages and upcoming events.
Please let me know if I can do this setup with this theme. I understand this might need some customization on my end, but I don’t want to purchase and then these features just aren’t available.

Regarding your first question, when users register on your website using the BuddyPress plugin, they will only see other users who have registered on your specific site. The users shown on the Gwangi demo are placeholders and are there to illustrate how the interface will appear when your actual users join your community. Rest assured, your community members will only interact with individuals registered on your website.
As for your second question about a horoscope search option, You can filter by horoscopte thanks to BP Profile Search. This plugin allows you to create several custom fields such as “City”, “Country”, “Age” and “Horoscope” and use them as filters to search for specifics members.
BP Profile Search allows you to create search forms that can be displayed on your pages, like the one in our Dating demo. You can edit the search forms by visiting “Users > Profile Search” in your dashboard, where you will find every existing profile search forms.

You can set any profile fields you’d like in Dashoard > Users > Profiles Fields. For exemple: school, subject, and years of experience.
Then, you could consider adding a Location field and using Google Maps autocompletion by installing and activating BP xProfile Location plugin. It is a very powerful plugin that integrates well with our theme or BP Maps for Members plugin.
Our theme is compatible with MatchPress, a plugin we built. It adds powerful matching features to BuddyPress like Member likes, skips, super likes and conditional private messaging!
Finally, our theme is compatible with Paid Memberships Pro, which allow you to restrict content or areas of your website that will only be displayed to premium members. Plenty of PMPro add-ons are available on the author website to go further if necessary, including one for BuddyPress restrictions.
Note that there is an add-on for MatchPress. With the MatchPress for Paid Memberships Pro add-on, you’ll be able to restrict access to members’ profiles if visitors haven’t yet paid for premium access. I am using the plugin Block/Suspend/Report users. It looks good on desktop but I do not like the secuence in responsive version.

a community site requires lots of storage space for member uploaded videos etc.. Since no wordpress hosting provider offers the required storage package nor video streaming infrastructure.
cloud based video stream and photos provider is a must to support a large scale community site
bunny stream is a good cloud media storage provider.
That’s what holding me back from buying this theme license.
Please integrate bunny stream API into your theme.
It will auto upload all site uploaded media to bunny.net cloud. it also auto process uploaded media and creates adaptive video resolution to viewers.
2. there is a buddymeet addon to buddypress . this provides video conferencing for buddypress members. in a browser but it doesn’t come with an icon .
Can you add that for me after purchase?
3. Missing event module in buddypress.
being able to schedule events in a community is a core feature.

We are using Classic demo. These options 1) and 2) below in theme options ( Buddypress section of Customize page) are special for Gwangi theme and make it stand out compared to other Buddypress themes, but seems not working now. These information are displayed anyway whether you tick the box or not. Great if you can take a look and check in your demo site!
1) Remove the number of members, member types on Member search (Member Directory) page. 2) Hide the Groups count, Group action text, Group types on the Groups directory page.

Thank you for your swift reply. We turned off the security plugin we are using and actually that is the only 3rd party plugin. But we installed Buddypress a week ago and it is Buddypress Ver.11. Do you think this could be the reason of our issue?? Because we also tried some codes to hide member count which are available on the web, and nothing works. Hope you guys make this Gwangi theme officially compatible with Version11 soon.
