I am having the same problem. All of the gym files are crashing just as the two above customers. I went ahead and purchased my second choice template as well because I am on a timeline crunch 
If you want to send me files great. If you can’t that’s okay too but I wanted to let you know.

The files may be corrupt. I downloaded them twice. When we open the file, the prompt states: Converting File. Once is it about to finished, the Adobe Muse Program crashes and forces the close. I have opened other sites since and do not have the same issue.
Any advice? We purchased this today.
please download the file again. It might be the problem that the file didn’t download properly. This file already had so many buyers and they never faced such problem. If you still face the problem don’t hesitate to contact me again.
I deleted the two previous attempts. Updated Muse. Downloaded and unpacked it again. Same issue. While in the last 10% of converting the file it stops and causes the program to close (windows prompt). Again, this does not occur with the other templates I have purchased from you or others that I use.
Gym template has four layouts. All the layouts have this problem or just one?
All. When I click on the muse file this occurs. I can open the HTML files through the browser locally.

Hello there, thank you for creating this, it has worked great fro my needs. I am experiencing an issue though trying to export it out to anything. Gets to about 25% on Export to HTML, to Catalyst and FTP upload. I have opened my other sites and are exporting fine which leads me to believe there is a bug in this one. Can you please help ASAP? Thank you
Actually just figured something out. I watched the progress bar and kept dumping at “Phone” layout. I deleted both Tablet & Phone (since i didn’t get to use them yet) and now it’s uploading fine. Bug in there somewhere. If you can. let me know. Thx
I guess there might be a problem with the file you downloaded please download the file again and the try to upload it with the phone and tablet layout. If still it didn’t work for you please let me know.
Appreciate it. I actually made tons of progress on the site after I removed those two so i don’t want to download it again and start over. I can but is there a way just to take the formatted Phone design OUT of the file and place it in my already complete one? Please let me know, thank you!
Yes You just need to add a phone layout to your site and the open the template and copy and paste all the elements by grouping them.
