The thing is that you have purchased HTML version of the theme which is unappropriated for installation on WordPress engine.
So you should upload file from theme package directly to the server.

Thanks for reply. So tried what you say. I uploaded thru FTP and succesfuly upload at appearance in Word Press dash board. But is says ” couldnt find the style sheet . How can i do ? what is the matter again ? Thanks for early reply.

This theme could not be loaded and edited in WordPress, as it was mentioned earlier.
This is HTML version of the template and files should be loaded to the server separately of any other files and platforms.
