How do you format the footer top area? The legacy widgets gave me a JSON error so I installed classic widgets and they format and save, but there is no way to replace the default top area with the new widget. Or there is but it’s very well hiddenPlease respond.

It doesn’t prompt us to update the theme in our WP-ADMIN backend. How should we update it?
Also when we download the ‘all files’ from themeforest, we are unable to find the ‘Plugins’ folder to get this specific plugin.

I tried the one you just updated before asking. I updated to that, which works. Then I updated Elementor (Because there’s a security flaw in elementor requiring an update), and I get the same error:

It looks like the standard update method doesn’t update the elementor plugins. If I open your theme update and go to the gymedge-core\elementor\buttons\class.php, I can see the updated elementor reference.
But if I do as instructed in the gymedge documentation, and switch to another theme, delete the gymedge one, then uploade the update, it doesn’t replace the files. They still have the old typography reference.

Using the documentation’s update instructions, it doesn’t appear to update the elementor plugin folder.
If you use latest theme 4.2.7 after update theme it will ask plugins update. If don’t update you can delete the core plugin and install again.

Yes, that’s right. I know that. But don’t you need to update all the plugins in your theme as well? That’s how it’s written. And the plugin LayerSlider is not updated.

Hello, We update theme last month only pro plugins update and menu bug fix. No major update that break theme. Even we don’t get any other support request theme break after update.
You using theme from 4+ years your support expire Dec 2017. If any bug we should fix that. But it maybe your server related issue or PHP version related.

php version is 7.4 – it is not server – it was working correctly on same server before the update was made
