Awesome theme, but even better customer support. I was having an issue with importing some content, I reached out and they quickly replied and I was able to resolve the issue and get the site build. I highly recommend and would buy again ffrom the Radiustheme team.

not only for the quality of the theme (GYM-EDGE), but the support is even faster despite the different time zone and that's very reassuring. I had a problem with the display (due to a plugin). A really amazing theme. I have some troubles with my hosting and I thought that the problem was with the theme. They gave me a great support, all the solutions, every messages was fast and when I gone to edit my website it was so easy. Im so happy to have bought with them. Really amazing buy. RECOMMENDED

Very high quality design and features

I can only recommend Radius Themes. These folks know what they are doing, their designs are just awesome. And when support was required with their product, help was on the way and available. I will definetely choose Radius Themes and their designs in the future again.

I have bought many themes on Themeforest over the years and this author has provided the best support of any of the authors I have purchased from. My question was handled promptly by email (not a painful ticket system) and within hours. The author went beyond what I would expect and was always courteous and made sure my issue was resolved.
