I was only allowed to have one reason for rating in the drop-down, but I am actually giving 5 stars because the theme is great and the Customer Support is better than I've ever experienced after purchasing approximately 20 themes with Themeforest.net. They respond extremely fast and accurate and are very patient! The theme is easy to use and overall beautiful. Thanks cmsmasters!

Two of the plugins are installing. To install it, the developer requests wp and ftp passwords.

Not easily customizable at the back end, for it show correctly at the front end. There is no support to fix the bug/cache issues.
