The theme might have some quality, the customer support lacks massively professionality, speed – and most import – support itself: after weeks of tremendously slow communication we are still without solutions for our issues and need to switch to another theme. what a waste of time! That the paid renewal for support services has became that worthless, is another painful experience!!

Nice clean design and multifunction applications

Over 18 months ago I did a design research of of best designed woocommerce themes and this was the one I loved the most. I still had to adjust many things but I accepted the risk of buying a mid selling theme. First support was great and I paid extra for some customizations. Starting 2022 I realized that support was more and more fading away and I patiently waited months for solutions. Also seeing that there is no update since 4 January 2022 we decided to switch to another theme where we could resolve all needs in a couple of days.
I am sorry that I cannot give a better review, but buying a theme that I cannot fully use for my client or where the future is unsure is not pleasant.

Their support is amazing. I had about 5 different tiny issues and they responded quickly and patiently every time. And the theme itself is quite good. Five stars for this, especially support!

Pretty good WP theme if you just need a relatively simple static e-commerce site, which is what I was looking for. Support is fantastic. Even though my support expired long ago, I encountered what I thought was a bug, and Guhan from Support was super nice and helped answer a couple of questions before asking me to renew support, instead of just refusing to answer from the start. Very reasonable! 5 star customer support! 4 stars for the theme.

Author could help us fix a weird thing we could not fix the second language version.
