We are really happy with the support and the communication we have with the Arena team. They demonstrated great professionalism and expertise, and they quickly addressed all our requests.
This hasn't been updated in years and is full of bugs. Error codes all over the code and the product photos do not show in collections. Waste of money

Twice I have asked for help while my support was active, and twice I have been given a quote to pay for those small changes (adding html in a section where there is none by default, and one other small thing). If the support is to read the documentation, I can do it myself. The last time, my support was already expired, and I was told to pay for the renewal. For what, I wonder? Maybe next time, they will give me a quote for that customization again. The theme is very good, but I don't know if I've had bad luck, but for me the support is the worst I've ever seen.

GREAT THEME!! With lots of features and Super customer support with quick responding.
Support is always there if you have any issues. The theme is by far more advanced than Shopify approved themes for far less. Don't need to get apps for features already in this theme. I also got the theme developer to do some custom work and they were able to do the work professionally and fix all the bugs after testing.
Got back to me in a very timely fashion, and finished the job.

I've recently used this theme on a client's site and am very impressed with the filtering & sub category options available within the theme.
Support has been amazing and responsive for the customisations that we required on the shop.
I will be recommending this theme to future clients when are looking for a more robust Shopify theme.
The theme was just what I was looking for. When I had a few issues the support team were there straight away to help me. Can't recommend this product enough.
A very beautiful theme that comes with a lot of features. I’ve tried so many themes and this one has way more features and options than others. Remarkable customer support! Very fast response. They were able to help me with every question and issue that I had. This theme and its customer support deserve a million stars!
