Hi. Vendor marketplace that is represented in HandyStore template is based on WC Vendors functionality. Be ready to read more about its features here: https://docs.wcvendors.com/docs/wc-vendors/. Our live demo uses WC Vendors PRO that is not included and should be purchased separately. Free version has limited functionality and minimalistic design.

Hi. Can you please recommend a good plugin for prevent spam registrations ? We get about 50 per day for invalid emails / robots. I have tried all the recaptcha plugins I use on my other sites but they do not work to stop the registrations. Wordfence recaptcha prevents log in completely for everyone. We are desperate. Hi. My theme wont update. It keeps saying I must update it, then I click update, it says ti was successful, and then 5 min later it says it needs to be updated. I have 5.2.1. and it says I must update it to 5.2.1 ?

Hi. Thanks for paying attention at out HandyStore theme. Yes, you’re right. Default theme pages have boxed layout and the idea is to make all of them look similar on different screens. Some elements get shifted incorrectly, therefore, we strongly recommend to avoid full-width integration. Anyway, you may create ticket with our ticket system and our coder’ll assist with CSS classes if needed.
It is always difficult finding your Changelog. The README.Textfile does not contain the changelog.
At this moment, there is no detailed changelog with full history of applied changes.

Hi! Most of our customers use WC Vendors for multivendor purpose, but, temporarily, we don’t support it and all related questions should be discussed with plugin help center. As for Dokan functionality, it’s fully compatible with woocommerce platform and the only thing thay may confuse is just blank styles.

Actually the site is currently using version 7.3 – the server has the option to upgrade to 7.4 (recommended) or 8.0. Will there be an upgrade on this theme in near future?
At this moment, Visual Composer pagebuilder requires ver.7.4, so it’ll be ready to upgrade by yourself. HandyStore 5.2.1 is fully compatible with all default plugins and there is no need to worry about compatibility point.

Hi! The only thing that should be done in this case is just to enter the wp-dashboard->appearance->widgets section & remove all useless widgets from TOP HEADER sidebar. Mentioned sidebar should include only Handy Login/Register widget.
