I had several issues with this theme. The support response was acceptable time, but this theme still had issues. The theme would not allow me to activate its activation code, even after the support staff for this theme looked.. this resulted in hours and weeks of lost time and negative effects for our client. This theme also loads VERY slow, even after speed optimizing. I had to eventually remove this theme for the clients site, and start all over again with another theme. SO MUCH LOST TIME and resources.
