The support website is completely broken. It doesn’t recognise my Themeforest purchase code so I can’t raise tickets. My problem is that my changes to the site (footer, colors etc) done via the Customize menu aren’t reflecting on the website. Why is that?
There are a number of things I cannot figure out in this theme, and I have already checked out the documentation and videos. Since I am unable to register on your support page, sharing my questions here:
1. I am unable to change the footer and header colors. This is despite me making the changes from the Edit Page option of the WordPress backend. Why?
2. I am unable to change the colors on the website – the buttons are still in the default color and I cannot find a way to change them despite using the Customize Menu and even setting the website’s primary colors.
3. Things like shapes cannot be disabled. Please assist. I want to change the homepage layout but these restrictions stop me.
4. I added a new section – Team – to the homepage. But it has excessive padding and isn’t taking up full-width. The colors of the boxes within the team section are also not changeable. Pls assist.

I like the theme in general, but there is a problem. I am using the “instagram post slider” element. I’m adding a link to the “Instagram link” section. A popup opens and says “The image could not be loaded.” warning pops up. because you added “popup-image” class in a href path of the icon. how can i fix this.

I have a question before i purchase it . I can see you have multiple template. I can I use header from one one template service from another template and footer from another template for the home page ?

Theme is really Well Designed. But the theme is not much customizable using elementor i guess because there is only option to select the full section and edit the text and image instead of every single elements/widgets. Can i know if i am wrong because i really want to buy this theme.

Hello, the site is giving me these errors:
contact form: Destination folder already exists. /var/www/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/
general site: lot’s of random deprecated error numbers on each page
mobile: the menu appears 1st ( open text, over the slider/header)

Hello Theme_Pure I just reinstalled Wordpress and the latest version of your theme 1.0.8 and plugins released today and I am getting the following error. Note this was present with V1.0.7 as well.
Wordpress error Your theme (Harry) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files.

Hello. Very nice theme, however it does appear performance is not as advertised and the theme needs to be optimized more.
On your product page you list an A+ Pingdom Score of 98 and a GTMetrix score that’s 2 times faster than other themes.
However when I run a test with both your demo URLs and the theme installed on a fast Wordpress hosting server on my end, both have poor results.

I sent several tickets regarding your theme. I have been encountering SO MUCH problems. This includes, editing breadcrumbs, page titles, styling of paragraphs using Elementor. If my tickets aren’t being answered within 24 hours. I will file a refund and find another theme. For now, I won’t recommend this theme to anyone.
