The theme engine isn't functioning and support isn't available

Not sure if it's because of hosting or Theme but very pathetic first impression. I am using Hostinger premium hosting service.
Error during import from the downloaded zip file, called CSS stylesheet missing. Finally somehow managed to install with Envato plugin but still, errors during the bulk installation of the plugin so managed to install them one by one. Finally started importing the demo for the Swipper slider it took more than 15 minutes and finally imported it with many warnings.

Under WordPress v6.1.1 a lot of Errors.
