I don’t have accents for some languages on my titles and headings…what do I do?

The is due to the font resource package that we used in the template for the KC Cufon Font Replacement Plugin. If you need a different resource package, download the font – the font for the titles and headings. Font information can be found in your help documentation. Next you’ll want to navigate here and generate a resource file that works for you. http://cufon.shoqolate.com/generate/

When you’ve downloaded the generated file, you must upload this to your server in the KC Cufon Font Replacement plugin. If you’ve used the same font, you can simply overwrite the existing font resource file. This will be in the plugins > system > kc_cufon > fonts. The class styles are managed in the KC Cufon Plugin in the Extensions > Plugin Manager.

Alternatively, you could simply disable the KC Cufon Font Replacement Plugin and edit the style.css file of your default theme with a system font or some webkit font generator.

I have a strange code at the end of my website’s URLs…What is this?

This is due to the AddThis Share Module tracking code. You can unpublish the ‘addthis’ module altogether to remove this. You can also insert a code snippet to the index.php for your default color style theme if you want to keep the module but remove the tracking code. This is a new feature that AddThis has recently included with their product. You can check out the information on their site: http://bit.ly/1spD2Di

Basically, you’ll copy/paste one of the code snippets in your index.php file just above the tag.

I updated the menu extension and the styling is gone. What do I do?

You can still use our styling, but the file structure is different on the newer version. First, open our (standard) quickstart installation package that you downloaded from themeforest. Next, located the modules > mod_djmenu > assets > css folder. There should be two files: djmenu.css and djmenu_fx.css. You want to move these to your web modules > mod_djmenu > themes > default > css.
Make sure that your theme option in the module settings of your admin area is set to “default” as well.

Alternatively, you can also choose the ‘template override’ in the module’s settings and then drop the two files from above (djmenu_fx.css and djmenu.css) into your the css folder of your default template in ../templates/harvestdefault/css if the above method does not work for you.

My page load speed is very slow at times. What can I do to improve it?

This is due to the Tweet Back Display module extension. Twitter has changed their API and this extension “times out” very often. We recommend that you unpublish or disable this extension in your extensions > modules > select Tweet Back Display or search Latest Tweets. If you wish to replace it, there are many others available in the JED at http://bit.ly/1CHxJEL. Apologies for the inconvenience. We will replace this extension in the next package update.

My map isn’t working…what’s wrong? How do I make it work?

Google changed their API code recently so that it is required to have a key code to run anything using their API. The easiest thing I’ve learned to do is to get the API code and add it to your index.php file as a script. For example, in your index.php of your default color style template, just before the close of the tag, add this script:

<script async defer src=”https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?key=XXXXXXXXXX callback=initMap”> </script>

XXXXXXXXXX is your API key.
