This design won’t work even after multiple installs and support provided no help other than “try again”. Not an option, wasting time, we need this to work to keep client schedule promised. Either fix/support this theme or take it down.

I had an advanced programmer look at your theme, and they repaired our install from our side. Your suggestion for us to install a plugin to patch the code error (without actually fixing the error in the source code), is not a valid solution, as this error will still be present. You need to go patch the error in your core source code that deals with exploding strings / arrays. The old version of PHP allowed it to run with an error, the new version of PHP causes a critical error and causes a recursive loop that’s leaking memory and crashing Elementor.

Hello Guys, we have been a customer and still using your theme. We just wanted to know if the Timetable plugin is indeed able to record bookings. We are unsure because when we try the plug-in report an error with date colums and we wondered if the booking option is indeed working. Thank you!

The theme is using the Timetable schedule plugin and you can only list events, but there is no option to allow users to make purchases directly without creating packages over the WooCommerce plugin which is also compatible with the theme.

This is due to the recent changes in the new WooCommerce update. Due to the latest WooCommerce update there has been some changes in the HTML structure of the default WooCommerce pages. Single product page Images might be affected.
You can downgrade plugin to some previous version (it should display correctly with WooCommerce 7.7) as a temporary solution until the theme update is released.
All the themes will be updated as soon as possible and the layout for the Single product page will be resolved. Thank you for your patience.

This could also be caused by some third party plugin. Please deactivate all your third party plugins except bundled plugins (Qode Framework, Hatha Core, Elementor, Slider Resolution) clear browser cache and check the page. If the issue disappears, activate your plugins one by one and try to find the plugin that causes the issue.

Hi, bought and installed the theme. I had an error on the dashboard caused by the file core-dashboard-theme-validation.php. I resolved it by removing the first blank line and closing the php at the end of the code. Hope it helps if somebody else got the error

I have not been provided by any customer support on the theme (Hatha – Yoga WordPress Theme) that i have purchased. Thanks for writing in! The theme will for sure be updated, and since there has not been any significant changes from WP 5.9 to the latest WP version, the theme can be used on the latest version as well. The compatibility will be added to the change log once theme update is out.
When it comes to installation or usually demo import issues it is usually related to weak resources. Always, check your resources as well as you can always try to import our demo content with our XML file.

We got some Problems with the Widgets, there are a lot of Errors of “Legacy Fields” and the Customizer isnt working – saving / actualise ” doesnt work. Tried in Wordpress 6 and 5.9 – And the Elementor Toolbar isnt loading at all.
seems to have trouble with the demo import, without importing everything works fine, the system information didnt show any errors befor import, and the import went 100% through.
there is a problem with Hatha Core and the Actual Elemetor Version, elementor isnt complete loading – until you deactivate the core plugin.

frustrating, trying to import, all technical elements are checked and memory limits are correct, the code is registered, but i dont get the option to import the data. !
When trying to get the support and open a ticket, I created an account and never recieved the email confirmation, therefore, never managed to login to create the support ticket in the first place.
I have deregistered and re-registered my serial number and still not able to import. Very frustrating that things are not smooth here ! Bad start !

Hello, can the logo (the decoration used in all loading facilities and also used as logo in the single page slider demo) be changed easily and replaced with a different logo/decoration? Or maybe the animation is indeed custom coded and cannot be changed?

Thanks for writing in! The logo can for sure be replaced with your own, and when it comes to the Loader, it is our custom spinner. There is no option to replace that image within our theme options. So this could be done with some CSS code or by editing the theme files. Or simply choose another loader that is available within our theme options.

In case you used your purchase code to register one installation, you are required to deregister in order to use the purchase code on a different installation and you can find more info in this article here.
You should know that you can now easily deregister your purchase code via our Help Center by following instructions from this article – Deregister Qode Interactive themes via the Help Center. If you are unsure about the domain where the theme was previously registered, you can enter any url (like google.com), and in the error message correct url will be written.

I just bought this theme and I installed it on my wordpress website. I deleted my website to start fresh and I am trying to register my theme to import the demo and it says Code is already registered for other domain. Please, note our main page builder is Elementor that came within our theme. We implemented a lot of powerful shortcodes into it, which is why you should use it with our theme.
We didn’t test our themes with the Divi page builder, so we couldn’t confirm any compatibility.
