Your theme has not been updated since 2021 and I use it for multiple clients. All you do is answer with the same reply, send us a message. Why are you not updating the theme. If I would have known this would be the case, I would not have purchased it more than once or even at all for that matter. I had a level of comfort since you are under the Select Brand and I use Bridge which is updating all the time, but this is getting ridiculous since staying up to date keeps us all safe.

I can use files in elementor and the wordpress blocks page builders but not in WPBakery page builder. Do you have any idea why that might be?

This theme has not bee updated FOR ALMOST TWO YEARS and that is NOT OKAY. We are in need of the newest versions of Slider Revolution and WPBakery for security purposes. I would also like to feel confident if I continue to use this theme for Kiwanis Club and Bride for other clients that they will be kept updated. I am very concerned that you expect us to pay for support to request items that have had multiple security updates via a request which you cannot make if your support is expired. False advertising since your price says ongoing updates are what we can expect. Since working with your company has always been a pleasure as I have this theme for several non-profit clients and Bridge for several for profit clients, I am giving you the benefit of the doubt and asking that you send me these needed SECURITY updates to keep us in business. However, we haven’t tested this way of payment with this plugin and our theme, so you can contact plugin authors to check if something like that is possible to integrate, since we see that they have payment getaway for cryptocurrency.

I have the same issue biggatings it has nothing to do with us, the update corrupts the installation and because of this, I had to restore a backup. You say the same thing to everyone. I am a supporter of Bride Wordpress AKA Qode Interactive and only purchased this theme based on this fact. I should not be forced into purchasing support when the issue seems to obviously impact others. Once you update you see your shortcode everywhere and the only way to get rid of it, is to restore a backup and wait for them to push out an update that works.
