Hey guys, just giving a little nudge here, I am building this site for a client, I have the same theme options issue as some others so I guess youre aware of how to resolve oh, and no access to the demo content install. I have opened a ticket I wait eagerly to resolve so I may continue working on the site. Looks like an awesome theme, hopefully we get a fast solution. Best wishes, RC

Ugh, this theme doesn’t work out of the gate. Critical Error in theme options.

Envato shows it was last updated in October 2022, but the theme hasn’t been updated since 6/2021.

Why is this being sold broken?

When will you guys be updating the theme? Is it compatible with the latest version of WordPress?

I can’t do anything in the Theme Options which is really annnoying. I downloaded the newest version of this theme from Themeforest but I’m not sure if this is actually a new version?

This theme broke my site – I’ve been advised by my host to delete it. I’ve requested a refund MULTIPLE times (over a month now) only to be told to be patient, and customer support would be in touch with me. I’m very angry and now resorting to publicly commenting, so others know what they are getting into by purchasing this theme. This is not a one-click installation, as advertised. And—it has created CRITICAL ERRORS on my site that now need to be fixed.

All of the developer’s responses to comments here say to submit a ticket. I’ve submitted TWO TICKETS and have been trying to get this resolved for OVER A MONTH. BUYER BEWARE.

Hi, I purchased the them in 2019 and my client needs an update. I’ve done all the edits and added the Polyland plugin since he now wants the website in Spanish and English. However, I cannot seem to edit the top bar and when going to Theme Options I am not able to do anything. I know it needs an update BUT I don’t want to loose all the work done. Can you please let me know how can I update the theme without loosing all the work. Thanks

The home page shows but when I click the other pages it brings you to the health coach pages. Is there a way for me to see all the pages for Life Coach? Also do your images come with your template? My support has expired for your theme, but I see that the concern I’m experiencing has already been mentioned here 3 years ago and that you answered the person via your ticket system.

Currently when a link contains child elements it is not clickable, is there a quick fix for this?

The author of this theme asked for our username & password but has done nothing. Nothing at all to fix the issues with their theme. We still cannot update the information on our website because of this. Not being able to update important information on our website is hurtful to our business. We are reporting this author & its faulty theme to Envato as well as other platforms where this theme is being sold.

Theme Options are not working! I cannot update my company phone number. I see buyers have been complaining about this issue for OVER A YEAR! After a year you do not have directions on how to update this theme. I am not paying for support when this is the fault of the designer. No way… I put in a ticket & expecting to hear from someone. This is ridiculous.

Two questions for you.

1. I see that Visual Composer is integrated in your Fit Coach theme. I was wondering if the builder was used to create the site layouts or is html/css used to code the site?

2. It looks like theme owners have been having major issues with your theme , for example:

- “Latest compliant version of your theme to meet js-composer and Wordpress core version…”

- “Theme options as buttons in it is unclickable and Unable to install Demo Content..”

- “We have the same problem, buttons in theme options are not clickable…”

Have you addressed these issues by providing an updated version of your theme in Theme Forest?
