When you purchase Motors from ThemeForest you can download the theme package through the Downloads menu on your ThemeForest account. You have two download options to choose All Files & Documentation or the Installable WordPress File Only.
Please follow manual below to download the theme:

The theme works with the latest version of WordPress. If you have problems with WordPress 5.9.3, please contact us on our support website.
Does not support WordPress 5.8 although it has been released 3 months ago.
