Theme is great and customer service is greater. I've used this theme and had no issues since 2016 until I hit a minor bump in the road. Me not knowing much, I reached out to Plethora Support and they were on it for me promptly. 5 stars all the way.

This theme is giving me nightmares, constant mobile errors, made our website go back in the rankings, 100 mobile errors daily????????? something is wrong with the code, as we are fixing it daily and then they all come back, can someone explain what is going on, as it is a very large website and i dont really want to be designing all over again, i shouldnt have to

We understand at this very moment you may be irritated by the situation you are facing but, it needs more than a commend in a forum to get out of it.

Our support desk is open and accepting all requests from supported customers (you may need to renew your license though) and, we are doing our best to keep up your precious work online. We investigate every issue and, we can come up with a resolution, even in cases the issue is not related to our theme. The later is possible if you have modded the theme or having installed third party applications not certified with use our theme. Also, an outdated version of the theme in combination with outdated plugins may produce unexpected issues (but this can easily be solved with updating).

In any case, we know our theme better than anyone else and, we can tell if an issue is related with it or not. In case it is, we'll come up with a resolution. In case it isn't we'll give you a lot of details about who to contact next and, what to look for. In both cases, your poor ratting will remain in this forum (unless you change it), misleading the rest of the visitors about the quality of our product.

So, consider contacting us in the mainstream way (via our support desk) and, you'll have at least one group of people investigating your issue. Isn't that better than the deadlock practice of anonymous complaint?

This theme is perfectly done. I bought this 3 months ago and couldn't be happier with the functionality, the customizability and the support. The support goes above and beyond to make sure you are well represented on the web. I would easily pay several times more for this theme and the support than I paid. I searched in detail all the healthcare themes on themeforest before choosing this one and I wouldn't deal with anyone other than themeforest after my excellent experience.
