Hello,
Could you please confirm if following is possible in your theme?
1. Store and retrieve records of Patient.
2. Records would include name, number, reports (attachments: jpg,png,pdf,doc,docx,txt) and other basic info
3. Upload Patient photo via phone camera,Desktop web cam & fileupload

Thank you for taking an interest in our product.

The asked functionality is not yet part of the theme. However our team is working an some additional features which includes patient management for logged in users as well. It is not part of the theme yet but in near future it will be. I am not able to give you the exact timeline for that for now.

- Once the patient management is added then the submission page can be used from anywhere. But, how you are putting it might not be included in the start as it involves the mobile apps at some level. We will be improving the functionality upon requirements for sure.

Hello! I’ve inherited a site using this theme and the sliders do not work after updating to WordPress version 5.5.1. I cannot locate the license and the theme is not in my downloads list.

My question is: is there an update to the theme so that the slider will function properly after updating to the latest WordPress version?

The different memberships have inboxes and can message one another, but that again to be customizable (for example patient to be able to message admin only not doctor) (9) The ability to integrate a video conferencing plug (like zoom) (10) The video conferencing can be integrated as a button on the patient profile (11) Able to generate appointment reminders (12) Doctors to be able to view patient information (13) Doctors to be able to write clinic letters (14) Clinic letters to be added to patients notes (15) Integrate different payment options

I’ve just made the 1.9.2 update and struggle to find where i can add Google map activation and Google Re-captcha keys. My support period is over, but i guess this may be of interest for anyone interested into this great medical theme. Cheers !

You can add the Google Maps API Key in Dashboard → HeathPress → Settings → Maps. Kindly make sure to activate Maps Javascript API and Geocoding API in Google Maps settings.

Google reCAPTCHA is not yet available in HealthPress theme but we will add it in a future update.

This theme is translation ready. So you can translate it using default PO & MO file method.

I can´t find these words from the contact form and buttons in any PO or MO file: submit, submit request (buttons), name, email address, Phone no., subject, message (contact form). I tried to add the words in the main PO and MO files (inside healthpress carpet) and in the spanish PO and MO files (inside language carpet) but it still doesn´t work.

Make sure you are running the latest theme PO file. The latest theme version 1.7.2 can be downloaded from your theme forest account.

We have recently updated to the latest version of the theme and now on the homepage there is a section that says Latest Blog Posts, I can’t see how to remove that. And also on the contact us page there is a form and we would prefer not to have a form there. Can these things be edited within the admin or do the theme files need to be modified to make these changes?

1) To remove the blog posts from Homepage please select “Home” template from Home’s edit page.

I contact you because I realized that when I open the main blog’s category (http://reclamacionestributarias.es/blog/), the theme displays all the content, all the text and images instead of displaying only the title and the excerpt.

I checked Theme Options section but I don’t see anything to configure blog displaying configuration.

So, my question is : How I can configure http://reclamacionestributarias.es/blog/ to display only the posts titles and excerpts and show the complete post in its own URL post direction.

Hello,

i have two issues with the Theme Options

1. Home – Slogan: I use a long Slogan Subtext and it works saving the first time, but then the Field cut off the text and the next time saving it puts the cut off Text in the site. http://share.workid.de/healthpress_theme_error_1.JPG

2. Home – Service List: I only needed 2 Services, so i use Service 2 and 3. But after saving the first time, Service 1, 4 and 5 are automatically filled with “Cardiothoracic Surgery”. So saving the next time puts the “Cardiothoracic Surgery” in the site.

1) It seems like you are using HTML tags into the slogan area that is not allowed. If that is the case then please remove HTML tags from the slogan text and resave again.

2) That’s due to default text settings. You can use empty space to fix that issue.
