Someone change rules, when i bought this theme it was unlimited download & lifetime update, ok i konw it cost You a lot, but why i see info about theme help when i dont want renew support? How to hide this options.... Another pro blem is dummy data, when i bought this it was attached to theme at i havnt any problem with import dummy data now? somenoe change rules... be worry for this company!

I'm sorry to hear about the experiences you've had with Heap theme. However, it's good to know that once the theme is bought, it can be used for the lifetime. The license will never expire, only the support. This is how Envato works and here you can read more about that: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/207886473-Extending-and-Renewing-Item-Support
There's no problem if you don't want to get the benefit from our support, the theme can be used without a problem.

The support team behind this theme is filled with customer service ninjas. incredibly helpful and not in any way condescending. I'm new to WP and they have made it incredibly easy and I feel safe and secure knowing I can email these guys! well worth the price. Keep it up!!
