Hi Dev. Thanks for getting back to me. Don’t worry about the demo content now thanks we’ll be ok without that but we would like to remove the banners that are on the static pages. The ones that display the page name just underneath the header area. Is this possible? We really want to have static pages but with an image slider instead of the banner that displays the page name.

Hi Matt,

You can hide that with a bit of custom CSS:

body.page-id-100 #tagline { display: none; }

Just replace the 100 with the ID of the page you want to hide it on.

You can place the custom CSS in WP admin > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

Yes, available and can be installed via one-click demo import function. The one-click demo appears, when you activate the theme.

I can also provide the XML file, but no images can be used, as the ones we have on the demo are commercial stock images.

Add the tag slider to the posts you want to be shown in the slider area.

For the carousel the theme resizes the image to 600×850 and for the slider it’s 1084×550.

To hide the logo you can go with:

}

To change the green buttons to another color you can use:

button, 
input[type="button"], 
input[type="submit"] {
    background: #hexcode;
}

That will affect all the green buttons.

That’s just the slider but with only one slide set, so it works as sort of a featured section. You can turn it on in WP Admin > Appearance > Customizer. Go to Slider > General, and you’ll see the option to enable it there and set the amount of posts to 1.

To set the post you want to appear there give it the tag slider

BuddyPress will work but there aren’t any special implementations for it in the theme such as additional functionality or special styling.

As for the ad, it can be added with a bit of code, we’ll assist with that.

There shouldn’t be any issue with page builders. They all hook into the _content filter to do their thing and everything in the theme is made by the WordPress coding standards so nothing to interefere with them. If any issues do occur we’re here to assist.

As for the posts slider, it’s only possible to have that one at the top and the one in the footer.

As for Google speed test, most of those things are features that the popular caching plugins have ( minification, compression, browser caching… ).
