Whats even better is that the support they provide is fantastic. Very responsive. They really work hard to help you customize out of the box functionality whenever you need some additional features.
I was actually really really really really surprised at how great the support is.
No information on how to install the theme followed with the download. With a lot of options in the edit theme area it became difficult without a guide. Even if the theme is beautiful and the options great - it's way too difficult to work with.

Found it really hard to work with and the sliders in the preview of the theme there are not actually included in the theme. For this price there are other themes that do a whole lot more and take a lot less of my time in implementing.
