When downloading the theme I didn’t receive a zip folder in the total package. I tried now multiple times to compress into a zip folder to upload to wordpress. It fails each time. I did use google to help me out and I know that the missing style.css is a common problem, but in this case no matter what I do or compress, the upload fails. I tried to send two emails to customer support + the live chat. No responses.

just installing the theme. Already annoyed with it honestly. All demo data installed, but once I try and change the logo to my logo, it takes out the layerslider that is on the homepage…

In addition to that, the only fix I can find for this is by reinstalling the demo data, which is a horrible way to go. See this screenshot for another issue, where on the edit screen of a page the option to choose which layerSlider slide is not available…

help me!!!! heartify is great theme, but i can’t upload my logo. i import dummy data, slider, theme options all…. but “top logo” is not appear.. how to fix this problem?

I seen about 11 months ago you said you were done with a wordpress version of this theme just working on the documentation. I don’t see it in themeforest, could you advise if this is still possible to buy the wordpress version? Thanks.

Hi there, First of all I want to congratulate you on designing such a beautiful theme. I can’t wait to design my website based on this theme. A couple of enhancement requests though. 1. Can you enable a multi-layered navigation option? This is extremely critical since I want to list out the services on the navigation bar itself. 2. When I click on a link on the navigation bar(for eg. blog), the active state of the nav box is still on ‘Home’. I’m not sure if it is a bug or I need to configure something from my side. 3. The contents of the team section on mobile overlaps. This might be a bug.
