Hello. My website doesn’t look good with dark mode. Is there any way to make dark mode users go to light mode by default?

When my phone (or desktop browser) switches to night mode (when it’s dark outside), certain elements of my site turn black. But any images still have a white background, and the text isn’t readable whatsoever (like GIF images).

How can I disable night mode for my site? I don’t mean just click the night mode button — I mean override a device’s night mode settings so my site never changes colors (always white background)?

I want to prevent “dark mode” on any browser.

I could not find any plugin for that, also tried these codes below, but did not work. I guess it’s because of theme coding.

1) Adding the following JavaScript code to the head section:

setLightMode();

2) Adding the following CSS code to stylesheet:

body.dark-mode { background-color: #333; color: #fff; }

body.light-mode { background-color: #fff; color: #333; }

When I try to set up the theme it was successful but the demo importer isn’t working.

I increased my memory limit and other upload limits but still facing the same error. Please help.

Hi, when I look at the demo on my phone, some of the templates don’t seem to be responsive. Chrome on a Samsung Galaxy s9+. Same on Chrome desktop when I rezise the browser. Is that an issue or just from the demo?

Hi there. I purchased this theme about 6 years ago, and it was working great, up until a few months ago when I stopped being able to add images or posts inside the Theme Editor. This was with version 1 of the theme. Now if I try update to version 2 of the theme, it’s a completely new interface and the site will not work at all. Any idea why it would stop working with v1? I never update the theme from the original installation
