The theme comes with the custom Content Composer plugin created by our developers for content adding – the tool that is proved to be handy and convenient. Drag’n’drop function provides great flexibility of settings and shortcode options. Shortcodes can be easily added, edited and rearranged. Our visual content composer allows to place any shortcode/section to any part of the content area. You can modify content according to your requirements.
We haven’t tested other page builders such as Elementor or WРBakery functioning with the theme and thus can’t guarantee their compatibility, appreciate your understanding.

Hello I have my website all updated (WordPress 6.1.1, Heavy 1.0.8) and the news have stopped working. They are no longer visible on https://www.muellestecnicos.com/noticias. CMSMasters Content Composer does not work and only shows the codes but I cannot act on the page. Problems with Gutenberg?
Specifically, the news page shows the following: data_width=”1/1” data_shortcode_id=”80fc00c9a3”]

There are no known issues with the latest theme version functioning. Please make sure to update plugins (check Appearance/Theme plugins tab) and clear cache, it can be helpful.

Refund can’t be provided in case the theme does not install properly on your hosting. Thousands of customers successfully use our themes on different hosting plans and server types. Very (very, very) rarely it happens that a server is simply not capable of running the theme due to its configuration. In 99.9% of such cases customers end up successfully running the theme on another server.

Similar to elementor can I add a mini template (like contact box, banner) and share between other pages? The question is if I can draw an element on all pages but then manage it in one place to update it.

You can create a template and use it for the needed pages. Here you can watch the video on how it functions. We should note that there is no possibility to update the template in one place and it should be done on each page separately.
I am using Dance Studio theme on a number of website (owning 5 licenses already). Now, a new customer in the building industry is looking for a website and I would like to try it. We purchased this theme some time ago, and it’s worked great until the most recent WordPress updates. Now the page-builder won’t allow saving any edited content.
I’ve identified the issue as coming from /wp-content/plugins/cmsmasters-content-composer/js/jquery.cmsmastersComposerLightbox.js?ver=2.4.0
The fieldId is undefined, and the replace() function fails.
I have disabled all plugins except cmsmasters Content Composer, and the error persists.
Since this error may have been caused by a WordPress update, is anyone else experiencing a similar issue? Is this something CMSMasters is aware of and working on already?

Please make sure to use the current theme version (1.0.3) that is available for download at the moment – it is proved to function correctly.
To update the theme download the zip-archive with the theme on your computer, unzip it and upload the new theme version on your server (please make sure there are no nested folders such as heavy/heavy). I recommend you to rename the theme version you used previously (for example name the theme folder “heavy-old”), in such a case this theme version will be backed up at your server.
Besides don’t forget to update plugins as it is noted on the WordPress admin panel after the theme is updated.
Sometimes there is also a need to deactivate the theme and activate it again to make all changes that were implemented function correctly.
Please note that you might need to clear your browser’s cache in order to see the changes.
Another way is to update the theme automatically. To update the theme automatically you should use the Envato Market plugin. After activating the plugin, click on the “Envato Market” icon from the left sidebar. To generate your Global OAuth Personal Token click on this link https://account.envato.com/sign_in?to=envato-api and login using your Envato Market login details. Please copy & paste your unique token into the Envato settings inside your WordPress dashboard and click on “Save Changes”. Once you have configured this properly, you will see a screen where you can install or update your already purchased plugins & themes.
Please note that in case you modified the theme files (theme code) and update the theme via Envato Market plugin changes that you implemented will be lost because new theme version will overwrite the theme version you use at the moment.

Thank you for the response. We found a solution, so I wanted to follow up.
I updated the theme to 1.0.3 and tested again. No luck.
We are hosting on WP Engine, so I contacted their support to make sure there were no issues on their end. During that conversation, we rolled back the WordPress version on the site to 5.5.3, and the page-builder is working perfectly.
So, this does appear to be a conflict issue with 5.7 at least – which seems to be pretty common among plugins and themes right now.

Hi, when purchasing this theme, does it come with Photoshop files (in PSD format)? Also, is the demo version available to install as a baseline design?

We used not Photoshop but Figma that’s why we don’t have psd files but can provide the figma file in case of necessity.
The easiest way to make your site look like our demo one is to import demo content. The theme comes with a .xml file that allows you to import all the pages and posts like they are on the demo site.The theme documentation contains rather detailed instructions concerning the demo content import. Please note, that all images are not included in the demo content and are substituted with placeholders as according to our license we can’t redistribute them.

super honest feedback, super basic backend. not a visual composer or front end composer. but a super basic element / layout editor. some simple tasks that would be able to edit in any other theme seems to be unable to edit in this theme (missing the basic things) the overall design of the demo site is so nice, and really great but when it comes to backend its drops.. will not be continuing with this theme, purchased another. also side note: joinging your support forum was impossible, no membership emails are being generated. tried muliple times.

Most likely the part of content you mentioned is created with help of a Featured Block Shortcode. Featured block shortcode allows to insert shortcode inside another shortcode. When a shortcode is included inside another shortcode, it is displayed as a piece of code, it’s a normal behavior. When Featured block shortcode is created you can easily add all needed information.
