The Author really supports this theme, Download History, Notification Setting, Subscription Plan, Credit Plan, Free Download Plan, and even Listing Submission Plan for the vendor, you can monetize it.

it's amazing how the author hears customers' requests and updates the theme based on that.

I bought this theme a week ago, and I found that the demos don't look like the theme after installation, I contacted the support and they tell me to change the css code!!! I don't know why I have to change the css code if they sell something doesn't work properly, don't buy this theme it's a waste of time!

After every update, Something on your site will break. The demo and descriptions is very misleading. Once you buy the theme, you can ask all the questions you want. it does not matter. As soon as your support runs out, your site will break smh lol what a scam

The theme is full of bugs!

Nothing work like in the demo here on themeforest.

There are multiple bugs in theme administration (including javascript missing references), no possibility of customization from the developer (webpack and package json are missing from the theme and their plugins), missing some CSS core files which will mess up the layout on mobile and desktop, etc.

Very disappointed from support also as it has been almost a month and I could not get a WORKING version of this theme.

Compared with the other user theme brikk which works very well this is an abandoned theme with no support value.

No Way to host external such as amazon ws3 so useless for what it's made for. the saddest part is that this feature has been asked for a long time ago and the dev is constantly saying that they are adding it, but it never happens.

I really really love this theme! It almost perfectly suits my needs, without me needing to customize much. Everything works very fast as desired. I hope the development team can give users more options in the Submission file upload, and updated it to be compatible with some plugins. (which I will detail in the ticket I will send). After all, I think Utillz did a great job.
