How do you setup the demo preset? I have left a ticket and no one even responded, this was over three weeks ago. The link in above comment for setting up these in Shopify doesn’t work, so can someone help me with this?

Hi, this theme is working 100% with latest shopify version? I saw some comments here that you not answer the support questions…

I really like the theme but the Dynamic Checkout buttons are not working properly. You need to enable “I agree with Terms and Conditions” in order to enable the button, but I don’t want to have that. It’s impossible to remove that part without crashing the whole product page. Is there a solution for this?

I want to upload DEMO 16 just as it is in the demo

does this theme come with the images and layout of the demo? I uploaded the theme and everything is missing is just empty with no images.

Bad support. No response after theme broke at a crucial time. Very disappointing. Today was my last comment in their support ticket system after not hearing back for weeks

Why no response for so long? This has been frustrating. We’ve moved to a default theme weeks ago to mitigate business damage. I’ll be asking for a refund for the support funds I paid as I received no support once your theme broke.

Good day, just one question. I need to use the multilanguage from english to spanish, I already completed the translations, but once I click to change the language, nothing happens. Is there something I´m missing?

I have purchased many themes and have never left a negative comment, but i am not satisfied with my purchase. The customizer is impossible to use – changes won’t save automatically. You need to use custom classes to style anything, but the developer provides no documentation on where to find the classes. I have emailed 9amStudio directly after not receiving a response from the ticket support. Their response was very unhelpful and even tried to reach them through Skype as they said thats the fastest way to get help ( no response). I would like to get a full refund.
