WordPress found an error with one of your plugins, “ThemeREX Addons” and techsupport try to do everything for best not to make a refund.

Hello , I installed the theme Helion that I bought and all day my site had a lot of differents errors, then I received a message from Wordpress that one of the plugins of this theme is working not correctly and have the bugs. It was a plugin from this theme, but if you disable it, the theme does not work completely.So you will pay for nothing if you wish to buy this Helion theme. I would just to make a refund but they try do anything to avoid this.

Very disappointed. I have already installed another theme from Themeforest, which works great, which once again proves the errors and bugs was in in Helion theme. The Helion’s Support removes tickets and asks to open new hopes to maximize time and not give money. SO this is hell! don’t buy a theme it’s wasted money and a waste of time trying to make a refund.

If the issue can’t be fixed or it turns out that the item is “not as described” then you would be entitled to a refund from the author.” This is my situation I bought a theme that does not work, with which I sat for a couple of days looking for problems, and when I bought another theme that works without bugs, you propose to me and for my client’s make his site fall again and be out of reach just for give to you all the personal data of my client and put the security of the site at risk; Without a guarantee that you will at least do something because at the moment you blame the website flaws on the buyer. You sold the theme with mistakes, I tried to help you for 5 days, now my patience has run out, just give me the money and that’s it.

I am very disappointed with how this guys go about their work. I submitted a ticket 3 days ago & still I’m waiting for assistance!. Honestly do I have to beg for customer support???.....Poor customer support!!. For anyone reading this be aware before you buy this theme.

Hey guys, great work. Any thoughts on why the top headline and copy block on the Personal homepage wouldn’t update in Elementor? Everything else updates instantly, but that block just will not change when I edit the text.

Hello. I can’t believe I’m here again & I’m really trying to be patient with you guys but seriously. This theme really has a lot of issues. I’ve had to re-install Wordpress 2 times because of this. The portfolio page/layout has mysteriously vanished from my site, if you go that page its just blank. If I try to view any of the portfolio works from the layout page I get a 404 error. I have already submitted a ticket but I have to say this is really disheartening. Again I repeat be very aware before you buy this theme for anyone reading this.

I’ve tried updating the logo in the”customizer”, in “main header” in the layouts, and in the theme options… it’s updated everywhere EXCEPT the mobile logo. Is this a bug, or why is it not updating? https://thetis.ca

Just like the previous comments, it seems like they will try their best not to give a refund. PLEASE read the comments above and be forewarned that the support time and refund is near impossible ( as of writing this I haven’t been refunded).

I have encountered errors and the theme did not work. I asked for refund and keep getting a reply that makes me contact someone and invest more of my time. My site has been down for almost a week now thanks to this theme. The asked to see it but at this point I need to revert back to my old site in order to keep things going. This presents a dilemma since they want to see ( which i have shown) what the current site looks like. but i keep it , my site is down.

If your in the states good luck trying to get help, their support reaches back the next morning at dawn due to thew time zones, and they apparently do not provide support during the weekend.

Over all I do not recommend. I have used this site for years as well as other themes with no issues at all.

We liked this theme & use http://helion.axiomthemes.com/home-2-personal/ However we have 4 points which we want to clarify

1>. http://helion.axiomthemes.com/about-personal/ The Menu items “ About us” n others have a strikeout effect, can it be removed? 2> On the right black icons comes – cart, wallet . I guess we can remove it right? 3>clicking on the dotted menu the menu overlay comes with black background and grey on “ have a project” section. Can the black and grey colors be changed? 4> In http://helion.axiomthemes.com/home-2-personal/ t”Creative Stuff” section the images go to specific portfolio page . So can we add single images and link to diff galleries as landing page keeping same layout? 5> Can the menu BG of black color changed?

“Creative Stuff” block – I guess if we remove that block of portfolio and add new images as in columns linking to other pages that would not be a issue.
