I have a license number for the template that I bought a year ago, but the server and the domain used in it no longer have access to it because the site was completely deleted. Now I have a new server, but when I put the license number, it tells me that the number is used in another template, how can I disable it in the old site?

I have purchased the theme and uploaded on my domain name but due to malware issues, I have to remove the entire website along with WordPress CMS from my hosting. Hi, It says my support has expired. But should we be able to at least post basic questions? My webpage crashed and now I have to reinstall the entire theme. On activation the purchase code I’m entering is invalid and I’m stuck now.

Hi, I purchased this theme over a year ago, but didn’t get around to using it. I’m just coming back to it now as I develop a new project and consider themes.
I’d like to use Helion for a podcast website I’m creating. BEFORE I renew support and get going with this theme I have a few questions to determine if it’s going to suitable for what I need.
1. I note that several people have commented her about their license key being deactivated. How do I go about activating mine before I get started, if it isn’t still active?
2. I need to create individual “pages” to hold the podcast transcripts and embedded audio file link for each episode. I will also have separate blog.
2a. I want to be able to list an overview of all the the episodes like I would use with the blog overview grid for the blog page. Where is the best place to create these individual “pages” (which will feature an audio file/player and transcript)? ie. Can I create them in the Portfolio section or as Individual main pages or do they need to go in the blog section with the other blog posts?
2b. Also, I note you have a shortcode for Audio, which is great. I’m presuming this work with Spreaker (a podcast hosting platform)? Or does the audio need to be self-hosted on the site to use this shortcode?
2c. Is your theme compatible with any of the following plugins: Seriously Simple Podcasting (by Castos), Podlove Web Player & Podcast Publisher (by Podlove) or Podcast Player (by Veda Themes). I might need to use one of these to customise the look of the podcast player.

The theme Audio widgets allow adding either embedded code for the audio or adding live stream links: https://prnt.sc/1qm337i This widget can be added to any page type including the Portfolio post type. However, in case you need the feature of playing the audio directly from the overview page, we recommend using Posts (this could be a separate audio category). Hello. We are having trouble updating the theme to the newest version. (we keep getting an error) ... I tried removing the license key and adding it back in, and now the theme will not accept the license key (I copied it straight from the purchase PDF). Please help! Now we need to get our license key working again, and figure out why the theme will not update.
We should not have to renew our support simply because our purchase code is not working (??) and the theme update keeps failing…

The update worked… but when I updated the site, a lot of the colors reverted to the theme default. I didn’t want to / didn’t have time to fix that color change, so I restored a backup from earlier this week. Now it won’t allow me to restore the theme purchase code.. it keeps failing again. can you please reset the license for me one more time? thanks

Please enable and than disable Debug mode under Theme panel > ThemeREX addons > General. It will recompile the files and solve the issue with the color scheme after the update.

I had purchased this but not used. When we try to activate the theme with the details , it does not activate and refresh the page & unable to install demos or addon helion theme, can’t write to your support as it expired but I guess we can still install the theme & demo right? Its in support for 2-3 days still I see it says developer working! It’s just about license error as it does not let us install demo content. I really dont know whats the issue.. I have shown it to client n approved strangely if there’s no solution I will be forced to buy another license which is a very bad idea never happened with us with any other theme here are support ended!. Now even we buy another license again it will start having issues after 6months??
