Hi. I bought a theme that depends on IgnitionDeck plugin and I hate it because I didn’t know it before I got it, that’s why no I ask before. Several questions: does this code depends of additional plugins? is this is the case: are they completely free or I need to pay for them? also, is it possible to let each project owner to setup their own paypal account in order to let them receive donations directly to their account? is it possible to show automatically all donations in one page to make transactions transparent to all public? please let me know. I’m very interested in a theme with this features. thanks.

There isn’t an image upload or source code access button on the visual editor via the page builder. it seems like I remember one being there before. Can this be changed? There isn’t a point in using it if i can’t upload an image.

hello, I recently purchase the helping hands theme with a different account. I have an issue when I am using a SVG logo is not visible on desktop browses but when I connect with my mobile device the logo appear perfectly.
I can provide you with the purchase key but unfortunately I don’t have access to the other account. Please help me with that issue.

The rich text editor was fixed for the form, but the Page editor is not functioning anymore. I can’t change anything or add any content with the html code at the “Page Options” area. Please fix this issue ASAP.

I was missing the plugin with the page builder and using visual composer. All of the controllability comes from this plugin. I would like to use some visual composer items, is there a way to do this with page builder elements on the same page *but have the page builder elements at the top and not forced below by visual?

I deleted the visual composer plugin and have since had issues with the visual editor.
Aside from this, it seems very limited with no clear way of just putting down text to a site.
I was having issues with the helping hand plugin. I have since resolved this and the header image section has returned. What size do these images need to be to fit nicely?

That fixed itself somehow. I have had issues with revolution slider which conflicts with Eyecix Helpinghands plugin. When the plugin is deactivated rev slider works great. Please update

I have already done so, then forwarded the email from Themepunch highlighting the issue. Revolution slider still comes packaged with the site (although you need to purchase to get it working). Your site will conflict with Revolution Slider.
