Template is not user friendly at all and requires an extra purchase for the slider to work. Not a template i would recommend for someone managing their own site. It looks very exciting and interesting tho.

Great support! The support fixed our problem in under 2 hours. With this the also updated the theme and the plugin!

Tried contacting support many times and still cannot get a response.

Lots of bugs, bad quality of the code and missed base functionalities make this theme really unprofessional.

If you really want to buy this theme, be ready to fix the bugs and create your own functionalities, as I did...

Want some examples? Here we are:

- header image cannot be replace with the "customisation" GUI, should be done manually in the CSS
- cannot change the currency from the GUI to another one than $, you should replace the hardcoded dollar currency in the various files and fixes the jQuery functions that use it
- is not documented how the various images/icons can be used, go to the demo page and inspect the code to see the icons-commands... well, in general is not good documented
- bad CSS align when displaying the causes, you should fix it manually
- find function really copied&pasted multiple times (same function) -> lack of code quality
- ... and many more, I have forgotten how many stuff I changed...

Bugs, disorganized code, mispelled names, makes it difficult to work with customizing this theme.

There were just too many bugs with this theme. It is a great looking theme on a desktop. The responsiveness was lacking, and many features did not seem fully tested.

This was not a good purchase. The theme does not function while and it takes support forever to give a response to your inquiries. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS THEME.

I'd recommend avoiding this theme. It's very pretty in its demo format, but there are a number of practical issues that will interfere with the ordinary use of this theme:

- Javascript errors with the drag & drop content builder. The Visual Editor tab in any of the content elements provided don't honor your formatting. Paragraphs run together as single massive passages of text, requiring manual coding of HTML in Text mode. I've written to the Author a number of times, both via email (their "support" system) and in the comments, and promises to fix it never come through. Their last email was that it was an incompatibility with the latest version of WordPress and it would be fixed in three days. That was 27 days ago. I've followed up, with no response.

- Customer Support: This is my largest complaint. Mentioned above, I've sought support in both the Comments section and via email (their support system is just an email address, which usually ignores your messages until you ask here, then they'll tell you they don't have it and to write again -- other users have seen this as well, check Comments). Support is listed as good for six months, but they don't honor that at all.

- Low customization: There are a handful of options in the Theme Options section, but plenty of customizations are missing. Additionally, the Author has overridden a number of default Bootstrap grid styles on both desktop and mobile, which will create plenty of frustrations when you need to make CSS changes. I had to paste the entire Bootstrap Grid back into the Custom CSS panel in order to get some basic good behavior from the theme in a responsive fashion.

Recommendation: Avoid.

Their customer support does not work! Customization is so not user friendly nor do they have tutorials for their template for new buyer/users.

sent 2 support messages and no reply. Advertise theme as responsive but it is not responsive completely.. It looks very odd on the mobile

This template have lot issues on the editor, the cache, the donate button doesn't work and no one answer at my questions, i am waiting for 1 month !

Team categories don't work , Visual Builder throws errors when child theme is used and the worst support I could ever imagine.
3 emails in 1 month still no response.
