Hello, your support website is not working (Error establishing a database connection), when will it work again? I have posted an issue with this theme on your forum, did not recieve any help on the first business day (as it says in themeforest website “ This author’s response time can be up to 1 business day.”), and now the website is down, so probably there will be no answer today aswell…

Okay, everything works except for the slider. So I have to buy a new version of Slider Revolution or will you include a newer version (from Version 6.3.4 on it supports PHP 8 ) in your Hermosa-package? Thanks

Dear, please delete WPBakery old version on your site, then go to admin menu ‘Appearance -> Install Plugins’ and install WPBakery again to get latest version.

The theme is not compatible with recent Elementor updates. I’ve tried to renew my support but I never been able to access the support forum. I never got access although I’ve paid for renewal.

Hermosa is an introductory website and add a schedule for a class or event. Threads are not integrated with member functions, book a class.

Hi. When a new trainer is added, the section to add welcome text does not appear, it does not exist.

About the untranslated schedule, my site language is Spanish.

the lines appear in locotranslator, but in the frontend the translation is not performed.

Hello, I guess this question may look weird here but i couldn’t find any other way to make a general question without buying the Hermosa theme first.

I am already a owner of your theme Yogi and the customer using that theme for his website needs a “twin site” of the one i’m already running for their group (they’re starting a new project in a new town, they want a nearly identical website but with a slightly different graphic & look). When they made the request, I immediately thought to get Hermosa because it looks very similar both in style and, i guess, environment/backend.. i’m guessing it should use the same timetable plugin and a big part of your frameworks/code so i’m hoping i can somehow copy (maybe with just a few changes) the mods i made to yogi and get the a very similar result on Hermosa

I need to understand “how hard” could be to clone to Hermosa the customization we made to the Yogi theme (mostly the timetable plugin, i had to make a few mods because of text size, etc.. almost everything is just CSS). Obviously i can link the already existing website (in private). For example, I’d need to know if the class/events fields have the same behavior and meaning, etc. (if the code is the same, css classes should still apply with just a few edits)

Or, even better, i was wondering if you have a “test-backend” for Hermosa somewhere, that way i’d be able to figure out everything on my own.

I already have an account on your support system, but i really couldn’t find a way to make this question there :/

Thank you for the question.
1. Yes, our Hermosa and Yogi theme use the same core, base on the Noo Timetable plugin. But it has the different with the theme source code.
2. With the yogi, we include all layout, core on theme folder.
With the Hermosa, we have moved the theme core to plugin noo-hermosa-core. It has the same construction with back-end and front-end layout. Just have the different with noo-hermosa-core plugin.
If you are using the Yogi, you will easy to change the Hermosa theme.
3. We don’t have back-end test account for Hermosa theme.

I purchased this theme and have been setting up my site using it since almost a month, and I want to give an honest feedback.

This theme looks Good, very Good… (that’s why i bought it, and also because it had all these classes and events modules, the schedule etc, and said it was ‘WooCommerce integrated’)... But the good part ends there.

After trying to configure it, I have to say, that this theme is one of the Very Badly Coded themes I have come across (and i have used 100’s if not 1000’s of them).

The whole experience of configuring mundane, routine wordpress tasks, like setting up menus, page headers, sidebars, widgets, is so fragmented, so disjointed and made so complex by this theme that it leaves you pulling your hair in frustration. Some configurations are set in one place, some are set in another place, some in the page settings, some in customizer, some in class settings, yet some in noo_timetable settings… some are not even configurable.

eg, If you are trying to setup a simple thing like trying to change the title text of an auto-generated page of a class detail, All the best. It is not configurable at all without digging into the code.

Yes, I have sent a mail to support yesterday asking a very simple question and have yet to receive a reply from them.

Besides support, there are some basic things that wordpress users know where to find, because we’ve been doing it for years, and well, this theme does not have them, or the author has decided to move them somewhere else, that totally does not make sense.

The so-called woocommerce integration means Nothing. It just means that you are able to paste a woocommerce shortcode on a page and get an output, something every wordpress site can do.

If you are planning to use woocommerce, or any other booking plugin with this theme, which you HAVE to, to make the bookings work, be prepared to add your classes and events details twice for each class and each event, once in the theme, and once in the plugins admin section, to be able to sell it.

Or worse, be prepared to chuck the theme’s good looking modules, the very reason for buying this theme, and use the plugin’s modules in the frontend to show your classes and events.

Overall, the whole experience is of a very poorly coded shell, that just looks good, and does nothing, or at least, is not wired or configured properly for us to be able to connect it to ANY booking plugin, be it Woocommerce, Event booking pro, Events manager, or any of the many other event booking plugins available for WP.

Basically, this theme wastes a lot of time, and cause a lot of confusion, not only to developers, but also to administer later for the admin users.

So my advice would be to skip the good looks, and go for one that actually works. I’ve had to pay a developer to customize pretty much everything in this theme and discard most of the theme’s modules for it to actually work for me.

I usually do not give many feedbacks, specially bad ones, but this theme has wasted so much of my time, and has been so Very Disappointing, that I do not want anyone else to go through this.
