Overall, this is an excellent theme with lots of building blocks. However, my issue is with the ReactJS version of it. The product page on Envato Market states React 18" all over the place, but there is no chance the code compiles under v18. No chance. Some dependencies are waaaaay outdated.

My expectation is very simple: buy a theme and go to work molding it to my needs. It should build and run out of the box. I do not expect to work through broken dependencies, downgrade to some earlier version and put up with degraded features.

This prompts several questions:

* Why advertise the wrong ReactJS version?
* Supposedly, you have a running React demo. Why not include *that* in the download bundle.

Please include in the download something that just builds, runs and works.

Hello

We are sorry for the trouble that we may have caused.

First fo all, we are not advetising any wrong information, we used react 18 in our product. And we are aware of the fact that some dependencies may have outdated. Consequently we are working from our end to update the product to make the react 18 comptatible to those dependencies.

And secondly, we usually do not include build version in the download bundle, as it will only increase the file size. However, if you want the build version or facing any issue while building, please contact our support team.

We are always committed to resolve each and every issue caused by our plugins/themes and keep our customer's satisfied. If you are not satisfied with our product then please request a refund https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new

We value your money thus, we will refund you in full as soon as possible.

for Customizability

Great collection of demos and examples and excellent framework to make and maintain a portal/dashboard with server-side rendering.

What is missing however are tech docs with explanation on the underlying script behavior, especially with charts and filters in my case. you have to reverse engineer the (minified) scripts to understand the details of the filtering mechanism, charts etc. A lot of trial and error until eureka. I understand this is only a problem in case the provided examples are not covering your needs. Providing non-minified scripts would help.

It also would be helpful to implement some basic examples related to queries/submits, like user delete in user example table. since there is a mongodb database it is quite easy to add I guess and gives good practice how to deal with callbacks etc.

last comment: heatmap example : prsonal request :)
